About the job

This position serves as the trusted assistant to the *Buildings & Grounds Division *Assistant Director (AD) and when needed will provide secondary support to the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD). The selected incumbent will be responsible for managing administrative program matters, while providing confidential counsel and support on the most sensitive and critical division issues. You will work effectively with all levels within the division as well as customers, vendors, government officials, and the legislature.
