It’s Whitney, Abigail’s Finance Director. I wanted to personally send you a message to let you know about the early investment plans for our race and how our internal fundraising deadlines factor into this plan.

This race – and our work to win back Virginia’s Governorship – is expected to be a top target for national Republican groups and out-of-state spending in 2025. Because of this, laying the groundwork for our campaign and preparing early for the race ahead is incredibly important.

We want to communicate to any future opponents that Abigail’s campaign is formidable and powered by grassroots supporters like you. In our 2023 end-of-year fundraising report, we had more grassroots support than any gubernatorial candidate ever in their first filing, and we want to build on that grassroots success!
