Hi there ––
We just wanted to check in and make sure you are taking advantage of this limited-time match! When you make a donation today, you say 'no' to isolation and fear — and 'yes' to the idea that Special Olympics athletes have the right to play on any field, study in any classroom, or hold any job they like.
What’s even better? Your gift will be MATCHED dollar-for-dollar when you donate by MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. Here’s what we have on file for you this month:
We rely on supporters like you to keep changing lives in your state and around the world. Today you can make that possible for TWO times as many athletes. Don’t wait to match your gift by midnight TONIGHT!
Many thanks,

🏃♀️We aren’t wasting any time! 🏃♀️
Today we are launching our 2024 Athlete Fund to support unstoppable athletes with intellectual disabilities (ID) ready for their first chance this year! Here’s the best part: Your donation will be 2X matched for DOUBLE the impact.
Our 2024 Athlete Fund will help history-making athletes like Kayleigh, who last year became one of the FIRST WOMEN with Down syndrome to complete the New York City Marathon. Donate today and your gift will be matched $1 for $1 with a very special 2X match, thanks to our friends at Procter & Gamble.
Kayleigh’s 26.2-mile-long achievement last November is even more inspiring when you know more about her. First of all, Kayleigh’s used to making history: Back in 2017, she became the first person with Down syndrome to finish the Austin Marathon down in her home state of Texas! On top of that, she’s completed 20 half marathons!!!
But it was earlier in 2023 that Kayleigh’s perseverance was really tested. With freezing temperatures and rain hanging over the Boston Marathon, Kayleigh fought hard to finish that race – but came up just short of the finish line.
Fast forward about six months, and Kayleigh completed her second full marathon in NYC! She didn’t let a disappointing result define her. She kept up her training and made it across the finish line with her family and fellow athletes cheering her on. That perseverance is what being a Special Olympics athlete is all about.
Our 2024 Athlete Fund is all about giving more athletes with ID the opportunities to play the sports they love, compete at the highest levels, be their best and happiest selves, and even make history. All gifts are 2X matched ONLY for the next four days – step up with a donation now to change 2X more lives with our 2024 Athlete Fund:
