It’s been a busy January back in session representing our neighbors in Albany, and already my colleagues and I have been hard at work fighting for our communities.

We passed landmark legislation to strengthen our democracy on the first day, including bills to fight voter suppression and limit foreign influence in our elections.
The Senate passed legislation advancing reproductive rights and abortion access, as well as bills to provide reproductive equity and advance maternal health.
And, during her State of the State address, Governor Hochul identified my bills to protect our children on social media as a 2024 priority.
