Every day, Donald Trump inches closer to the GOP nomination, and the stakes of this year’s election become sharper and sharper.

As Trump promises to rule as a “dictator” on “day one,” Republicans at all levels of government are ripping away reproductive rights, targeting the LGBTQ+ community for political sport, and echoing the “Big Lie” in an attempt to pander to the most far-right elements of their base. 

The GOP has been completely overtaken by MAGA extremists who will stop at nothing to advance their right-wing agenda and would happily give Trump carte blanche to use the federal government as his own personal tool for vengeance if he’s re-elected.

The bottom line? This Republican Party is incredibly dangerous and must be stopped at all costs up and down the ballot in November. Thankfully, with the help of people like you, we’re fighting back.

As a senior leader in the House Democratic Caucus, Betty is leading the fight to boost Democratic voter turnout, provide aid to targeted races across the country, keep Minnesota blue, take back our majority in the House, and put an end to the chaos this November, but we need to keep our budget on track to continue. 

As it stands right now, we’re still trailing behind our first monthly fundraising goal of this critical election year by $11,538. That means we’re going to have to rally hard over the next 24 hours to close the gap.
