This week, we got proof of what we knew would happen if Roe was gutted: 65,000 pregnancies resulting from rape occurred in states with restrictive abortion laws.
These pregnancies resulted from a devastating 520,000 reported rapes* in states with abortion bans implemented four to eighteen months ago.

Despite legal exceptions for rape in some states, the findings are clear: rape victims are unable to access abortions locally, leading many to travel out of state for the procedure.
But of course, antis have a solution for that too. They are hard at work to attack the right to interstate travel, a tactic that is unconstitutional on its face.
