John,

The nanny state is at it again. This time, Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer is leading the charge against Zyn, a tobacco free nicotine pouch that has recently exploded in popularity.

Schumer called the product "a pouch packed with problems" and is urging the FTC and FDA to investigate Zyn.

Tell Chuck Schumer that Zyn is not a sin with a donation to the Libertarian Party today >>>

Obviously, this is just the latest example of gross federal overreach under the guise of "safety." This isn't just a Democratic Party problem, either.

It was Trump's FDA that went after the former vaping powerhouse Juul in 2019 amidst similar concerns. While vaping remains popular today, many users who preferred Juul began moving to tobacco free nicotine pouches as an alternative to vaping once Juul products were severely hindered by federal regulation.

Sure enough, the bipartisan nanny state has caught up with the times and has now set their sights on Zyn.

The Libertarian Party is the only political party in America that believes adults should be allowed to choose what enters their body, and deal with the potential consequences, without government interference or oversight.

Take a Zyncipled stance with a donation to the Libertarian Party today. Without the Libertarian voice, authoritarians on both sides will continue their crusade unchallenged to regulate every second of your life.
