John, The New York Times just exposed my GOP opponent for her lies about her stance on reproductive rights.

Here's the explanation of exactly what happened:

*
In
2021,
my
Republican
opponent
cosponsored
an
extreme
far-right
bill
called
the
Life
at
Conception
Act
(this
bill
would
have
decimated
reproductive
rights
before
the
Supreme
Court
overturned
Roe
v
Wade)

*
She
ran
on
extreme
anti-choice
positions,
but
she
promised
voters
that
she
would
make
an
exception
for
rape,
incest,
and
health
of
the
mother
(because
this
is
a
critical
swing
district
and
she
was
trying
to
appeal
to
independents).

*
After
the
Supreme
Court
overturned
Roe
v
Wade
,
she
flip-flopped
because
it
became
clear
that
the
wide
majority
of
Americans
support
abortion
rights.

*
This
year,
she
stalled
in
cosponsoring
the
EXACT
same
anti-choice
bill
until
I
called
her
out
and
the
New
York
Times
began
asking
questions.

*
Her
spokesperson
criticized
the
New
York
Times
for
asking
questions,
and
said
that
she
would
still
make
exceptions
for
rape,
incest,
and
health
of
the
mother.
But
that's
a
LIE.
The
bill
she
JUST
cosponsored
does
not
include
those
exceptions.

One thing has always been clear to me, John: My opponent will do or say anything to win, and this is the proof. She'll divert to new subjects when talking about abortion, but she'll sign on to the most extreme bills that will permanently destroy reproductive rights for millions in our country. It makes me sick.

Experts have called this one of the most competitive elections in the entire country because it's one of the only districts represented by a Republican, but also voted for President Biden. We CAN win here and flip this district for Democrats, but we need to get the message to voters that our opponent is a flip-flopping, far-right politician. It's going to be expensive to win, so we set a new goal to raise $7,500 this week from grassroots supporters. Can I count on you to split a donation between my campaign and UNITEDemocrats? It would mean so much. [[link removed]]
