No matter how many ways the Surveillance State spies on you . . . it’s never enough.

That’s why statists are pushing new legislation to expand their power to spy on you in a bill inappropriately called the “FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act.”

In reality, the only “reform” is to spy on you even more. It should be called “Patriot Act 2.0.”

And that’s not all. Now, the media is reporting the Commerce Department wants to become the 19th intelligence agency in the U.S. government.

Apparently, the FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, DEA, DHS, State Department, etc. just aren’t doing enough to pry into the lives of Americans who haven’t even been accused of breaking any laws!

On top of that, we’ve just learned the governments’ data buy-up scandal is even bigger than we thought.

As we previously reported, when they aren’t spying on you directly, the Deep State has another weapon in their war on your privacy:


Now it turns out it isn’t just the FBI and NSA that have been buying your personal data. . .

. . . It’s the Pentagon, too.

According to a new Senate report, the Pentagon tried to hide this fact from Congress until there was no way to deny it anymore.

They’ll tell you it’s all done for your security and safety. While they shred the Constitution and laugh at you and me.

Patriot, there’s simply no limit to the government’s lust for domestic spying.

But fortunately, there are many in Congress who recognize this system is completely out of control.

There is an actual bill to END warrantless domestic spying and BAN the Surveillance State from purchasing your constitutionally protected data: the Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act (H.R. 6570).

(This was the bill the House Judiciary Committee was working to pass at the end of last year. But House Speaker Mike Johnson had a Section 702 extension added into the national defense bill which tabled H.R. 6570.)

There’s also another bill coming out of the House Intelligence Committee which would only give the Deep State spies even more power and make Section 702 even worse.

Now, our D.C. sources report these bills may come back up as soon as February.

There are many critical deadlines coming up, so it’s going to be another scenario where we won’t have a lot of warning when something happens.

There’s nothing the statists want more than to RAM their fake-reform bill through at the last minute, calling it a “Constitutional crisis” if they don’t.

That’s why it’s critical we send a message to Congress NOW to Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance: Pass H.R. 6570!

If Congress doesn’t hear from you and me now, they might bury H.R. 6570 and instead pass the atrocious bill to EXPAND the Deep State’s surveillance power.
