Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Visits Tarrant County

This past Saturday, Tarrant County GOP hosted U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) for an event at River Crest County Club. Rep. Greene was introduced by our own Representative Roger Williams. The dinner was packed with 150 patriots.

MTG's visit was a great financial success for the party, with checks still rolling in. Tarrant GOP Chairman Bo French laid out the battle plan for Tarrant County Republicans in November, which will set the tone for a historic Republican victory.

President Trump Receives Endorsement of 35 County Chairs

Last week, Breitbart published an exclusive story detailing a new slate of endorsements for President Trump: 35 Republican County Chairs across the state of Texas. Among that list was our Tarrant County GOP Chairman, Bo French. The county chairs released an open letter endorsing the President, acknowledging that Republican voters have overwhelmingly decided that Trump is the Republican nominee, and that the Party must unite to defeat Joe Biden.

A recent poll of Texas Republican voters had Donald Trump winning in the primary against Nikki Haley 80% to 19%. The Primary election is March 5th.

Abbott Reiterates Texas' Right to Self-Defense

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott spoke out on Wednesday against President Joe Biden’s immigration policies, reiterating Texas’ right to defend its borders.

Abbott claimed the president “has ignored Texas’s demand that he perform his constitutional duties.”

Democrats Want Biden to Federalize National Guard Against Texas’ Border Operation

Some Texas Democrats are now calling on Biden to federalize the National Guard.

“Governor Greg Abbott is using the Texas National Guard to obstruct and create chaos at the border,” Democrat U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro wrote in a post on X Tuesday. “If Abbott is defying yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, [President Biden] needs to establish sole federal control of the Texas National Guard now.”

Incumbent Tarrant County sheriff dominates early campaign fundraising

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently announced that he has won an injunction against the Biden administration that would prevent federal agents from destroying crucial wire fence barricades along the Texas-Mexico border. 

This follows an administrative stay Paxton secured earlier this month issued by the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
