The department is considering rule making on chapter 388-106 WAC by adding new sections to implement a State Funded Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Alternative Arrangements Assistance Program. The preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) was filed on 01/26/2024 as WSR 24-04-015.
