For me, that’s not a hypothetical. 

I stepped away from my successful business to serve as Indiana’s Secretary of Commerce for just $1 a year, and it was one of the best decisions of my life.

Friend, I believe in Indiana. And I always believed in giving back to the state that has allowed me to live my American dream. Now I want to keep giving back to our great state as our next governor. 

As Secretary of Commerce, I saw how an energetic outsider could impact our state.

Too many career politicians don’t know the pressure or urgency to deliver results… so they never do! 

That’s not me, Friend. I built my business from a single rental property to a real estate portfolio exceeding $3 billion and providing careers for 400 employees. 

I took that same work ethic to the Department of Commerce. My team and I brought in new future-focused industries, invested in Indiana’s entrepreneurs, and oversaw major investments in quality-of-life projects across the state. Just look at these numbers:

• We secured nearly $51 billion of committed capital investments in Indiana.
• And average wages were 30% higher than ever in state history.

Sound like dramatic results for $1 a year? 

That’s because career politicians have been conditioning you to settle for less. They have made us accustomed to failure and used to excuses. But we don’t have to settle.

I made it my mission to show what complete nonsense that is. Indiana has UNLIMITED potential, and Hoosiers deserve someone willing to fight for it.

And Friend, I will fight for it. 

I’m new to this. I’ve never run for office before, so I’m running my campaign a little differently.

Instead of canned soundbites, I’m laying out detailed policy plans. And they are not just about how I plan to tackle our problems. It’s bigger than that. I have a bold, positive vision that will actually build the Indiana of the future. 

We need to stop shrugging our shoulders and accepting that crime is rising, our education system is broken, and Indiana’s best days are behind us.

I know Indiana can be even better. And I REFUSE to settle.
