Late last year, the Latino Victory Board announced a new leadership team
for our organization as former President and CEO Nathalie Rayes was
confirmed as U.S. Ambassador to Croatia. Former Executive Director Sindy
M. Benavides took the helm as President and CEO, and Katharine
Pichardo-Erskine, a long-time leader in politics and advocacy, joined
Latino Victory as Executive Director. Since then, they’ve hit the ground
running to fulfill our mission of building Latino political power at every
level of government.

As 2024 kicks into full gear, our work plan is clear, as we:
* Endorse and support a broad number of Latino leaders running for office at
the federal, state, and local levels to expand Latino representation
throughout the country.
* Support our Champions - and ensure that we protect the gains our community
has made.
* Build coalitions, develop research, and deliver winning messages to increase
Latino voter participation.
* Combat disinformation and voter suppression all while continuing to build
Latino voting power and protecting our democracy.
* Uplift the next generation of Latino leaders and expand the pipeline to true
political representation for our community.

As we
celebrate another milestone in 2024, our 10th anniversary, we also want to
share with you our Latino Victory refreshed logo! It’s an exciting new
year, with great opportunities for advancement in our community. We hope

A finales del año pasado, la junta directiva de Latino Victory anunció un
nuevo equipo ejecutivo para nuestra organización, una vez que Nathalie
Rayes, quien fungía como Presidenta & CEO, fue confirmada Embajadora de
Estados Unidos ante Croacia. Sindy M. Benavides, ex Directora Ejecutiva
tomó el volante de la organización como la nueva Presidenta & CEO, y
Katharine Pichardo-Erskine, se unió a Latino Victory como Directora
Ejecutiva. Desde su anuncio, Sindy y Katharine se han puesto manos a la
obra para cumplir nuestra misión de construir poder político Latino en
todos los niveles de Gobierno.

postulando a puestos de elección popular a nivel federal, estatal y local,
para incrementar la representación latina en el país.
* Apoyar a nuestros Campeones - y asegurarnos de proteger las victorias que
hemos tenido como comunidad.
* Construir coaliciones, desarrollar investigaciones y emitir mensajes que
aumenten el voto latino.
* Combatir la desinformación y supresión de votantes, mientras que seguimos
construyendo el poder electoral latino.
* Elevar a la siguiente generación de líderes latinos y expandir la
representación política de nuestra comunidad.
