Friends,

We all have a personal responsibility to do everything we can to contain the spread of COVID-19 whether or not you have symptoms. I am currently observing a recommendation to self-quarantine after being alerted by the Tri-County Health Department that I came in contact with someone who later tested positive for coronavirus.

Quarantine aside, I am working full steam ahead to demand and provide the federal resources our community needs to address this crisis. I wanted to give you a few quick action items Congress and I have taken to address this growing national crisis:

-- The House's legislation I helped pass which provides free coronavirus testing and paid emergency leave has been signed into law Read more >> [link removed]

-- Colorado's vibrant small businesses employ over 1.1 million workers. And I am fighting tooth-and-nail to help our small businesses and their employees through this difficult time.That's why I've introduced a bill to make it easier for small businesses to survive the outbreak. -- Families shouldn't have to be concerned about losing their homes as a result of this crisis, so over 100 of my colleagues and I banded together to demand an immediate, nationwide moratorium on all foreclosures and evictions. The Federal Housing Administration has since announced that they will temporarily stop evicting homeowners. Read more >> [link removed]
