Dear John,
We DID the work, with our coalition collecting over one million petitions in 2023 to get abortion rights on the ballot this fall – and that's why Steph Ruhle of MSNBC made Florida Abortion Right Activists her first MVP of 2024:
"My MVP today are the activists in the state of Florida who've been working around the clock to get abortion rights on the ballot this coming November. … They got the signatures. And today they announced that they have more than enough of them to get on the ballot. Their next stop is the state Supreme Court. It is a big hurdle. This isn't a done deal. But my point is Roe v. Wade was overturned, and they organized, and they took action. That makes them my MVP of the night and the week."

Like Steph said – this isn't a done deal. We're going to continue needing your support as we face down our Florida Supreme Court hearing on 2/7. So please, will you rush $25 toward our first end-of-month goal of 2024 right now?
The road ahead is already paved with so many obstacles, with the most recently proposed all-out abortion ban in Florida – the most restrictive legislation we've seen thus far. There's no doubt that extremist politicians are hell bent on staying involved in incredibly personal health care decisions, infringing on our basic right to privacy and endangering so many women.
Getting abortion access on the ballot is the only viable path forward to ensure our reproductive rights are protected by the state's constitution. But with so much work yet to be done, we're going to need all the help we can get. Please, rush a donation of $25 right now so that we can start this year off on the right foot and set a winning precedent until Election Day.

We're a bipartisan coalition of Floridians fighting to guarantee access to abortion in Florida through a constitutional referendum.
We believe the freedom to make your own healthcare decisions is important to Floridians in every walk of life, every faith, and across the political spectrum.
