Saludos John, I want to keep it real with you today — this Congress is a mess.
Since day one of the 118th Congress, my House Republican colleagues have been more dedicated to petty, partisan politics and dysfunction rather than doing the job their constituents elected them to do. We could be delivering meaningful progress for all Americans, but House Republicans instead spend their time pursuing baseless impeachment inquiries.
I ran for Congress in 2022 to create real progress for New Mexico. Over the last year, I cosponsored 168 new bills and introduced packages of bills with bipartisan support.
