This is HUGE, folks.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court just found that abortion is a fundamental right under the state constitution’s explicit right to privacy.

On top of that, justices also stated that abortion bans discriminate on the basis of sex under Pennsylvania’s Equal Rights Amendment. 

Way to say the quiet part out loud!

Young Americans made this victory in Pennsylvania possible. And as great as it is, we still have work to do if we want to protect abortion access nationwide.
