URGENT: Trump and Republican AGs are fighting in court to destroy the Affordable Care Act. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case, with the fate of health care for millions of Americans at stake. Now we need to hear from you:

TTeam: It's been 10 years since President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law. Since then, millions of Americans have gained access to health care coverage, and we've stopped insurance companies from discriminating against the more than 130 million Americans living with a pre-existing condition.

But since the day President Obama proposed the landmark law, Republicans in Congress and across the country have fought to block it and then repeal it. They've never put forward a real plan of their own, they just want to throw out a law that millions of people rely on for critical care.

When they failed in Congress, the GOP turned the courts. Republican AGs joined together on a lawsuit to destroy the ACA. This lawsuit is wasting taxpayer dollars to take away critical health care - and it's backed by President Trump.

That's why a coalition of Democratic AGs came together to defend the ACA and protect health care for millions. Now they are headed to the Supreme Court. Democratic AGs are going to keep fighting to protect health care, but they can't do it alone. They need every single grassroots supporter standing alongside them in this fight. That's why we need to hear from you:
