Thanks to you, we smashed through our Q2 goal of 1,000 unique donors. So many supporters have shared our campaign messages and doubled down with donations from across the country that we will likely exceed that goal by 35% by the time the quarter closes tonight.
From the dozens of volunteers at field events each week to this growing community of grassroots financial supporters, to opportunities with allies such as the one that enabled our recent speech on the main stage at the California Democratic Party Convention, we are making our voice heard and making an impact in our district—and, increasingly, in the national debate.

Today is the end of the quarter, which presents a chance to publicly demonstrate the breadth and depth of grassroots support for our campaign. We're growing, which is fantastic. But it also creates a big need for paid organizers to support our grassroots teams and to reach voters. With your support, we will make history by unseating the nation's most powerful establishment Democrat in 2020. We're a campaign that favors tenant rights, so we don't want to see Pelosi evicted: instead, it's time to liberate San Francisco from decades of neoliberal policies that have caused pain and suffering for the 99%.

Thanks to Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential run, small donor fundraising is transforming race after race. Seemingly unwinnable races enter the realm of possibility when thousands of us pool our grassroots contributions to fund a campaign poised to spearhead change.
Here in San Francisco, we know there are more than 200,000 disaffected voters who we can win over in our fight to bring progressive representation to Congress. Many of these are folks who've moved but not registered. Others are not registered with a party, and they vote far less frequently than hard partisans. Another 15,000 San Franciscans voted in November 2018 but didn't pick anyone on their Congressional ballot. With your help, we will reach these potential votes and use the turnout surge of the presidential primary and general election to ride to victory.
