We MUST leverage the momentum from this hearing to pass legislation that would require the tech industry to prioritize child safety. It is abundantly clear that Big Tech will not make the necessary safety changes of their own volition. The CEOs of X, Discord, and Snap even refused to testify at the upcoming hearing, and had to be served subpoenas by U.S. Marshals – demonstrating just how unwilling they are to answer for the harms their platforms propagate.

Congress must step in! Big Tech must be held accountable!
