| Next week, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral arguments in Trump v. Anderson, challenging the State of Colorado’s unconstitutional decision to block former President Trump from the ballot. What Colorado, and Maine, have done is anti-democratic and takes away Americans’ right to choose their leaders. I laid out in my op/ed in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch the reasons I believe this is dangerous for our country and led ten other Secretaries of State in an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to stop Colorado, Maine, and any other states, from blocking political opponents from the ballot.
