Today we're celebrating our admittance to the United States of America as a free state with our Kansas Day Fundraising Goal!

John, Kansas joined the union over 150 years ago, and even then, progressives were prioritizing voter-first governance. Kansas Democrats are trying hard to make sure you have your say, but far-right Supermajorities are pushing back. Can you chip in today to help us raise another $2,470 to hit our goal before MIDNIGHT tonight so we can keep fighting hard to get you the representation you deserve?

After years of fighting, on January 29, 1861, Kansas joined the Union as a free state through popular sovereignty.

We've come a long way since then, and we know Kansans still believe that the government serves its citizens, not special interests. That's why modern Kansas Democrats are fighting to 1️⃣ expand Medicaid, 2️⃣ support our public schools, and 3️⃣ BREAK the extremist Supermajorities in the legislature.

We're putting in the work early this year with our Kansas Day Fundraising Goal to bring power back to the people in the Kansas State Legislature this fall.
