This past Sunday night the top three far-left Democrats that want to run against me this November gathered in Austin, Texas for their debate sponsored by the Texas AFL-CIO.

We all knew that the radical promises and wacky progressive ideas would pour out onto the debate stage, but I still was shocked to hear what they had to say Sunday night.

A quick sample of the deranged ideas in their Democrat debate:

Far-left Democrat Colin Allred appeared to promise that he would kill the filibuster in the United States Senate if he were elected. Allred said, “When I’m in the Senate we will not let the filibuster stand in the way, we'll reform the filibuster...”

Another far-left Democrat, Roland Gutierrez, agreed with Allred, saying “You’re damn right we’re going to expand the Supreme Court because we must… absolutely we’re going to bust the filibuster.”

Unbelievable! As their own words prove, these Democrats are too extreme for Texas and they clearly can’t be trusted to safeguard Texas and our great Nation from the radical, far-left forces already working to destroy our country.
