Over all the years of representing our Congressional District, you have been the wind beneath my sails and done everything for me. For this and more, you will always have my unending gratitude.

Our District is the most distinguished in our country and that’s why I’ve taken such care in considering who I think should succeed me in Congress.

I believe Joe Simitian has the ability to best represent us. On healthcare, affordable housing, environment and so much more, Joe has a superb record of successes. He has integrity. He has broad and deep experience, and he has demonstrated great determination to get the job done. I’m proud to endorse him, and now, we need to do what it takes to win.
