As many of you are aware, in July 2020 we filed a legal action challenging
certain government measures related to COVID-19.

The case is scheduled for hearing of a Motion to Strike initiated by the
defendants including the Governments of Canada and Ontario.

The Federal and Ontario governments do not want to have to defend their
measures and mandates in a court of law.

They know, as do we, that the evidence does not support their measures.

Two days of hearings is scheduled on January 30, 2024 and February 1, 2024
at 10:00 a.m. EST
