Hi John, it's Team Delia, and we don't usually reach out this early, but this is important!
Really quick: Congresswoman Delia Ramirez is running a people-first, people-funded reelection campaign for Congress, and she's ready to build on the work she's done so far. In just her first year in DC, she's been a loud and unapologetic champion for immigration reform, for affordable housing and against far-right extremists working off of their personal agendas.
Here's why we're reaching out:
ahead of our first fundraising deadline of 2024, we still have $3,241 left to raise before meeting our goal.
Meeting it is key to connecting with voters, sharing Delia's story and securing essential campaign materials – can we count on your support before it's too late?

Thank you, Team Delia for Congress |
Delia Ramirez has dedicated her life and career to public service and advocating for working families. She is a deeply rooted community leader and public servant whose values are informed by her upbringing as the daughter of Guatemalan immigrants.
In 2022, Delia was elected to represent Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District and became the first Latina Congresswoman in the Midwest. In just a few months in Congress, she has introduced legislation with bipartisan support to help student veterans, is co-leading the Dream and Promise Act, and is introducing legislation that gives tenants the right to organize. She serves as Vice Ranking Member of the Homeland Security Committee, and sits on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee. She is also a Board Member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) PAC, and CPC Special Order Hour Convener.
Delia also serves as Co-Chair of the Strengthening Democracy Task Force, as well as Vice Chair of the Equal Rights Amendment Caucus. She is a fighter who is determined to deliver for her constituents, and is working everyday to achieve equitable distribution of resources for Illinois infrastructure, clean energy, transportation, housing, healthcare, and jobs. She also advocates for federal resources so that Illinois may continue to be a welcoming state for new arrivals and asylum seekers.
