Patriot, I traveled down to the border recently to sign some MAJOR border security legislation into law.

The Texas Legislature made tremendous progress during Special Session #3 and #4 to strengthen our state’s historic border security mission, passing laws to better protect both Texans and Americans from Joe Biden’s disastrous open border policies.

✅ Create a state crime to enter into Texas illegally from a foreign nation
✅ Empower state and local law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants
✅ Authorize removal of illegal immigrants from Texas
✅ Allocate $1.5 billion to additional border barriers like the border wall and wire
