AIPAC, a right-wing special interest group that supports insurrectionists
and corporate Democrats, is going to spend $100 million this election year
against progressives who criticized Israel’s relentless bombing campaigns
against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
This is an existential political fight between pro-Peace progressives and
right-wing special interests.
We don’t need $100 million, but we do need $12,478 to hit our monthly goal
in order to defend progressives from corporate, right-wing special
interests in 2024.

It’s not an exaggeration to say this is an existential fight for pro-Peace
progressives. $100 million is A LOT of money. And just look at this
headline in Slate from the end of 2023:

AIPAC-aligned groups like the Democratic Majority for Israel planted the
flag in this fight when they spent millions to stop Bernie Sanders in the
2020 Democratic presidential primary. And these right-wing groups are only
ramping up their spending.
Spending against progressives in the 2022 Democratic primaries shot up as
AIPAC started a new Super PAC called the United Democracy Project. Don’t
let the name fool you, the very antidemocratic Super PAC targeted
progressives with millions, overwhelming some progressive candidates.
But we contended with that big money to elect NINE new progressives to
Congress. Even with a shoestring budget, when we have the people power to
organize, we can win.
Now, AIPAC is ramping up its spending to $100 million all to go against
Bernie and other progressives because of their support for Palestinian
human rights, conditioning aid to Israel, and calls for peace in Gaza.
