John,

Hiral has talked a lot about the stakes of this election for healthcare, a woman's right to choose, and the ability of working families to access public benefits such as Medicaid. And one reason the stakes are so high? We face an increasingly right-wing Supreme Court that has consistently put the rights of special interest groups before those of the American people.

Now, we've learned that Mitch McConnell -- in the middle of an election year -- is urging federal judges to retire. All so he can fill the courts at all levels with more right-wing judges.

If we can't count on the courts to uphold our values, then we need leaders in Congress who are ready to take bold action. As a former emergency room doctor who's made access to affordable healthcare her life's work, we can always trust Hiral to fight for us.

It's critical that we elect her to Congress in this increasingly competitive district. And with our FEC deadline just nine days away, we have a real opportunity to show the strength of Hiral's grassroots campaign -- we're aiming to raise $30,000 more online by then!

We'll need at least 100 people to step up by tomorrow if we want to stay on pace. So can you rush any amount now?

Thank you,
