Hawley’s campaign in 2018 was “the worst decision I’ve ever made in my
life.”

THEN — Approval polling showed Hawley underwater with voters. Morning
Consult even found that Hawley is the least popular GOP U.S. Senator
running for re-election this year, with numbers even lower than Ted Cruz
and Rick Scott.
