GET THE FACTS: Biden and the Border

President Biden has actively made America less safe and less secure since his first day in office. We’ve seen caravans of migrants coming from all over the world crossing our border and cities across the country have been overwhelmed. This week, the Supreme Court sided against Texas allowing the Biden Administration to order Customs and Border Protection to cut the razor wire Texas used to secure their section of the border. Casework Highlight

A constituent contacted our office while trying to settle the estate for his sibling who passed away. The final action needed was for the IRS to finish processing the siblings tax refund. After a year of trying to explain the situation to the IRS, he contacted our office for assistance. We contacted the IRS to resolve the issue which resulted in the constituent receiving their payment in full.
