We know the 2020 elections are critical, even more so with the challenges we are facing. The coronavirus has changed how our candidates are able to campaign and reach voters.

That’s why Brand New Congress developed a guide to help candidates process the flood of information about COVID-19 and adapt their campaigns to protect communities, volunteers and staff as they find new ways to safely reach voters.

We know this crisis is changing quickly and there are few resources available for campaigns. So we made the decision to make this available to any candidate or organizer working for any campaign, whether it’s a city council seat or federal office. No strings attached.

The 2020 elections are already the most important election of our lifetime. Under a global pandemic, the stakes are even higher. Now more than ever, we need calm and steady leadership that puts the interests and wellbeing of people ahead of profits and pride.

We’ll continue to work on reshaping Congress into one that will pass legislation to address the underlying issues we have been working so hard to change.
