ONE QUESTION SURVEY:
Should There Be Federal Paid Family Leave? YES → [[link removed]] NO → [[link removed]]

Team,

Did you know that only 13 states and DC provide paid family and medical leave?

Like many of our other key ballot measure policies, paid leave is one area where there is a major disconnect between working people and the elected officials who represent them. Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, and Washington, and Texas are all places where we’ve helped get this issue in front of voters, and time and again voters took action to pass the paid leave policies that they needed.

We’re so proud of the work we’ve done to help change the lives of working families in these states, but the vast majority of the U.S. still hasn’t enacted paid leave laws.

We want to see paid family leave become a universal right across all 50 states. It’s exactly why we’ve worked alongside voters in 5 states and cities (and are working with two more in 2024) to enact the paid family and medical leave policies they needed directly at the ballot box.

But we want to hear from you, team: Should paid family leave be a universal right across all 50 states?

YES → [[link removed]] NO → [[link removed]]Your feedback is essential in shaping our mission to advocate for federally provided paid family leave that would benefit all working families nationwide. Together, we can make this crucial change for the better.

Thanks for your support and input!
