Sandy Hook Promise Responds to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Sandy Hook Promise's mission is grounded in choosing to value prevention over fear. That's why, given the ever-changing scope of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have been taking precautionary measures to help protect the health and safety of our staff, partners and the school communities we serve.
We have canceled the SAVE Promise Club Youth Summit scheduled for April 4 and postponed all in-person trainings scheduled through April 3. For schools that remain open, our online and self-led Start With Hello and Say Something trainings are always available and can be implemented on-demand in a single class period.

Despite widespread school closures across the United States, our commitment to protect your students and school communities will not change.
The Say Something Anonymous Reporting System remains open and available 24/7 via app, hotline and website for students to report any warning signs of potential violence they may be seeing on social media, texts or other communications.
The health and safety of our staff, partners and school communities we serve are of the utmost importance – and vital to our lifesaving work. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide timely updates about what next steps may need to be taken.
