John, First, we know no words will do justice to everyone's individual experience over the last couple of weeks. The need for a better, more progressive Congress is even more evident now in the middle of a public health crisis. While we have paused all in-person campaign activities, we have not paused the campaign at all. What the past few weeks have shown us indicates that most people don’t want to just go back to pre-Trump America. The pre-Trump America still had only 2.8 hospital beds per 1,000 people. The healthcare system was optimized for profit and not for the needs of people. People have struggled with housing and their wages have not allowed them to save enough to weather emergencies like we are experiencing today. We need you to join us in righting the wrongs of pre-Trump America. If you ever thought about helping - this is the time! In pre-Trump America 1/3 of the residents of the Navajo Nation didn’t have running water and had only 9 grocery stores for 180,000 people. Indigenous People face more social, economic, and political barriers to a decent life than any other group of people in our society. While the past injustices are inexcusable and cannot be undone, we can decide right here and right now to take a different direction and right the wrongs of pre-Trump policies. We have switched to digital ads and mobilizing social media to reach as many people as we can to get our message out. But we need you to help make this happen. Your support at any level - $5, $10, $25, or more is critically needed for us to continue our outreach. I am in this campaign to transform policy for a more just, generous, and inclusive country, and to provide economic security for all. I understand the scale of the housing crisis, medical bills, and shrinking wages. I will work for and truly represent all Americans and be the voice of AZ-01 in Congress. The American people deserve a Congress that is representative of them. We don’t need superheroes or celebrity politicians. We need real people in Congress who will bring our voices to the table and address the issues we face every day. Thank you, Eva
