Every new year brings new challenges and opportunities. What if I told you that 2024 is going to be the most important year ever for Texas and Texas Values?? What if you had the chance, the opportunity, the ability, with your help in your own community - to Make Texas Christian Again??

So I know what you’re thinking…Wait, don’t we have religious freedom in Texas? Isn’t my right to pray on Sunday and go to church protected? Yes, is the answer. That’s not religious freedom though, that’s only a “right to worship” as liberal former President Obama called it. But the First Amendment to the U. S. Constitution was designed to guarantee religious freedom, freedom of conscience, every day of the week, not just on Sunday; and in public outside of the four walls of the church.

That’s what we all need in Texas, in a very strong way; at school, at work, at home, decisions about medical decisions like vaccines, where to send my child to school, what my child is exposed to in school, on the sports field or wherever we may find ourselves!! And in 2022, the United State Supreme Court agreed in the Coach Kennedy Football Prayer Case that our religious freedom means much more than just a right to worship!!

Why is it so important to Make Texas Christian Again?? 

#1  - Every year I am asked to do a radio/media interview and explain why Christianity and Church attendance are down again in America & Texas, just like the year before. I’m tired of this. It’s embarrassing and we are better than this in Texas.

#2 - America is in trouble. In a year when we vote for President of the United States, America needs Texas to be strong to turn this country around. And for Texas to be strong we need to Make Texas Christian Again!! 

Let’s be honest, Texas is the only state with the history and the grit to get this done!!

So, how do we do this?? First - PRAY!!  Second - our newest education program - Texas Values University - is going to launch soon and this is going to be the most incredible, most innovative, and the most transformational effort and “one stop shop” on how to learn, love and lead like Jesus in Texas on the core issues of faith, family, and freedom. Mark my words - with Texas Values University - we are going to change the nation (Texas was once a “nation” right??) by first making Texas stronger than ever before, one Texan at a time. 

Finally - Texas Defenders Program - is the new grassroots program launching soon by Texas Values; and this warrior building training and “boots on the ground” effort will make sure that we have eyes and ears in all 254 counties, in all 1,200 school districts, and in over 1,500 Texas cities and towns safeguarding Faith, Family, and Freedom!!

In Texas, you don’t mess with faith, family or freedom. JOIN US as we “Make Texas Christian Again” with our legal and policy work, and our weekly radio show — carried on two radio stations and with over 200,000 social media followers – and the number of educational events held, we have continued our mission of upholding the issues of faith, family, and freedom for Judeo-Christian values in Texas.
