Candidates are flooding this district with money and mail, but only one campaign stands out from the rest.

Friend—This election is in full swing.

A few weeks ago, we had our first candidate forum for CA-30 with the Stonewall Democratic Club. Founded in Los Angeles, the club has been active since 1975 and has grown to become an influential voice in LA politics. I was honored to present my vision for my community up on stage.

Another sign that the ballot drop is imminent—my mailbox is full of flyers! A handful of the candidates are spending big money on mail, sending out large glossy photos of themselves and the establishment groups that endorse them, and the paper is piling up.

That’s why I know we can win. While these corporate PAC-funded career politicians fight each other for scraps, my base of support remains undivided.

Progressives, queer and trans people, young people, people advocating for a ceasefire—those factions are behind me in every primary.

And this year, we’re expanding that base of support. We’ve already texted 150,000 voters and reached almost 180,000 voters in our district with digital ads. Last cycle I received over 60,000 votes, which would place me in the top two this year.

But we need to keep pushing.

In our poll last month, only 17% of voters knew my name. But 75% of people who watched our ad said they were likely to vote for me.

Pitch in now to help us get out the vote, and make sure Los Angeles, Burbank, Glendale, West Hollywood, and Pasadena know they have a community-centered, bottom-up candidate to vote for on March 5th:

It’s time to tackle the climate crisis with the urgency it requires. It’s time to make sure everyone is healthy, housed, and given an equal shot at a better life through education and a livable minimum wage. It’s time to actually do something to protect LGBTQIA+ rights, racial justice, and reproductive rights.

It’s time to vote YES on Maebe.

In solidarity,

Maebe Pudlo
