Google & Kushner Drop Plan To Use Website to Collect Medical Info on Americans Seeking COVID-19 Testing

The negative reaction to President Trump's March 13 announcement that Google would partner with the government ([link removed][UNIQID]) to collect medical information from citizens seeking COVID-19 testing has helped stop the plan as Google releases their new site without the data collection component.
Gizmodo is reporting that the new COVID-19 website from Google launched yesterday without the controversial components ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
The combination of Google's first version of this medical data collection site failing ([link removed][UNIQID]) and the announcement that Los Angeles and New York will no longer test for COVID-19 outside of hospitals, nursing homes, and emergency departments may have also played a role.
ALIPAC ([link removed][UNIQID]) launched a national activism pressure campaign to stop Google from gathering private medical information from US citizens in a March 16 press release titled, "Americans Say 'Hell No' to Trump's Google COVID-19 Triage Website Plan, ([link removed][UNIQID]) " after surveys of Americans who oppose illegal immigration and Amnesty found 93-97% opposition to the plan.
ALIPAC believes that the ill-conceived plan for Google to collect private medical information on American Christians, Republicans, conservatives, and Trump voters originated with Trump's son-in-law and life long Democrat (until recently) Jared Kushner.
MSN isreporting that Jared Kushner has created his own "Shadow Task Force" to fight COVID-19 ([link removed][UNIQID]) , which is issuing requests interpreted as orders to the public task force headed by Vice President Mike Pence. Kushner is also pressuring Republican lawmakers to accept an Amnesty deal with Democrats for millions of illegal aliens, and his Shadow Task Force is working with companies like Google and Facebook to set up drive-through COVID-19 testing in America, which as yet has failed to materialize.
