THREE UPCOMING TOWN HALLS
Join me for a free and in-person town hall to voice your concerns, ask questions, and hear my top priorities for the year. The first town hall will take place on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 6:30 PM (PST) at the Carmel Valley Branch Library in the community room. We look forward to seeing you there!
STICK TO THE BASICS
My priorities follow a “Stick to the Basics” approach to address the structural budget deficit and simultaneously meet San Diegans’ needs. My approach calls for no new general fund positions or programs to be funded in Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) unless directly related to public safety and health. We must prioritize filling our over 2,000 already budgeted and approved vacancies to uphold our promise to “Get it Done.”
THE FUTURE OF BALBOA PARK
Balboa Park is a citywide amenity, and we seek your assistance to identify strategic priorities for future investment. Make your voice heard and weigh in on the park’s future by January 28th.
SAFETY AND INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE
San Diego City Traffic Section staff re-painted faded and missing striping in all directions at the Hornblend Street and Bayard Street intersection in Pacific Beach.

This update included the following:

  • 4 Limit Lines (92ft.)
  • 4 Stop Legends (128ft.)
  • Red Curb (40 ft.)

For infrastructure and safety projects you would like to see in your neighborhood, please call my office at 619-236-6611, send me an email at [email protected], or attend a local meeting with one of my council representatives to let us know how we can help you get it done.
