Last week, Donald Trump won the Iowa Caucus by 51 percent.
On Tuesday, he won the New Hampshire primary by 54 percent.
We can’t bury our heads in the sand. Donald Trump is going to be the Republican nominee for President.
A lot of people didn’t think Donald Trump could be elected in 2016. They were wrong.
Despite his egregious abuses of power while in office and multiple pending criminal cases, Donald Trump remains the central figure in the Republican party. He is willing to go to extreme lengths to win. We cannot underestimate him.
In recent weeks, I’ve been reflecting on the threat Donald Trump poses to our democracy. It’s not enough to talk about his record — we also need a plan of action.
We need to energize and mobilize our friends, family, and neighbors — Democrats, Independents, and Republicans — to re-elect President Joe Biden in November.
I’ve run three successful campaigns in a state that is 40% Democrat, 40% Republican, and 20% Independent. I didn’t do that through fear-mongering, overpromising, and spreading lies. I did it by listening to Coloradans from all four corners — and putting together solutions for the issues that matter most.
That’s how we beat Donald Trump in November.
We need to set aside politics and partisanship and focus on what matters: helping working families get ahead, protecting reproductive rights, making our economy work for everyone, combating the climate crisis, fixing our broken campaign finance system, and expanding access to affordable healthcare.
We’ll also need your grassroots support to defeat Trump and help Democrats in swing seats across the country win this November.
Friend, I will do everything I can to prevent Donald Trump from winning the White House — but I’ll need your help. Can you donate now?
