The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking a transformational leader to be *Assistant Director* for our *Contracts and Procurement (C&P) Division*. We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to serve on our executive team, whose innovative spirit and business acumen can take C&P to new heights. We seek that rare leader who recognizes that the bottom line is about more than money, understands the wide-ranging implications of our procurement decisions, and whose commitment to community economic stability and well-being compels them to ask the tough questions that will make our services better. Our Assistant Director will facilitate clear business objectives, empower and equip highly technical and diverse team members to pursue and achieve those objectives, and keep it all tightly aligned with state and agency goals.
