I never would have imagined I’d be running for Congress right now. John, Today is my 40th birthday, and I want to take a minute to explain why this one feels different to me, and to make a humble request for your support. Even just one year ago, I could not have imagined I would be celebrating this milestone birthday as a candidate for U.S. Congress. Running for office was never something I had planned for my life.
