Last year, we achieved over 60 wins in ACLU cases. With the presidential election on the horizon, I'm particularly heartened by our historic victory for voting rights in Allen v. Milligan, in which the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Black voters and against Alabama's racially discriminatory congressional map.

And as 2024 kicks off, we're already hard at work fighting to protect the right to vote across the country ahead of the election. Attacks on our democracy are at an all-time high, ACLU Supporter, but that's exactly why the ACLU exists. We've been fighting – and winning – these cases for more than 100 years. And we won't stop now.

When times are really tough I know we can count on the ACLU's members, who are helping us fight for a country where "We the People" means all of us. And with so much at stake in 2024, we've determined we just need 2,000 more supporters to join the team before our midnight deadline.
