This Sunday, January 28 at 2:00 PM the Texas AFL-CIO will host the first official U.S. Senate Democratic primary debate.
Congressman Colin Allred, State Senator Roland Gutierrez and State Representative Carl O. Sherman will face off in Austin at our 2024 Texas AFL-CIO COPE Convention in front of hundreds of union members from every corner of Texas.
We know how important it is to hear directly from the candidates on issues that matter most to working people and to ALL Texans. We want you to join us online on Sunday at 2:00 PM for this important event – we’ll be streaming the debate live on our Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels.
This is a critical election year for the working people in our communities, our state and our country and there is much at stake. When labor votes, Texas wins.
