Friend, there's no easy way to say this. While Sherrod's Trump-endorsed opponent was raising almost $350,000 at a massive fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago last night, we fell short of our critical fundraising goal.

Simply put, this is bad. With polls showing this race in a dead heat and Senate control hinging on what happens here in Ohio, we really need to hit every goal to stay on track.

That's why we're extending our deadline until midnight tonight.
