The Second Saturday residency in San Francisco's old Saloon resumed in January. I finally managed to shake the bug that grabbed hold of me at the end of the year. I'm fairly sure my immune system was lowered from the stress of a day gig I scored in November, to which I just bid a fond farewell, and am grateful for some rest. I know myself enough to realize when something is not working for me, yet I have a tendency to want to help someone else more than myself, so I sometimes hang in longer than I should. Working on that one and giving myself some grace. So, it may be time to resurrect the "Marin Kumbaya Patrol."
