Dear John,
Happy Australia
Day!
There was a time when this wasn’t a controversial thing to say, but
here we are. These days the same goes for ‘Merry Christmas’, and
‘welcome, ladies and gentlemen’.
Not that we’ve ever cared much for political correctness here at
One Nation. Our view is everyone should be free to celebrate or talk
the way they want just like people are free to be offended. That’s
the Australian way.
The one freedom we should all enjoy this Australia Day is to
support Australian small businesses, the backbone of the national
economy. Get your Aussie-caught prawns, Aussie-grown avocados, or
Aussie pavlova from a local trader, and enjoy the national holiday the
way you want.
It’s most important we don’t let our national pride, our Australia
Day community events, our citizenship ceremonies or our backyard
barbecues be hijacked by extremist minorities on January 26.
There are many distractions thrown at Australians by extremists,
all designed to hide bad news or push radical agendas.
Here’s one distraction this Australia Day: the number of immigrants
allowed into Australia for 2023 is predicted to top about 730,000.
It’s an astonishing number showing Labor has lost control of the
borders (or trying to import more of their voters).

Yet the radicals distract from this news with rude protests about
our national holiday?
And get ready for more distractions. This week Anthony Albanese
announced that he had lied to the public when he said he ‘supported
stage three tax cuts’. More than 1.1 million Australian households
will be worse off after the PM backed down on the election promise he
made to keep stage three tax cuts as they were.
There simply isn’t a promise the Prime Minister made that he has
kept. No wonder he won’t defend Australia Day against the radical
left. He is the most un-Australian non-binary person to ever lead the
country; a ‘beta male’ as Tania Mihailuk, our NSW leader calls
him.

Don’t worry though, the radical left can always distract us with
protests about the date of our national holiday, even vandalising
monuments commemorating our history. It’s not like they would care to
take to the streets and protest about increased rents from rampant
migration, or a Prime Minister lying about tax cuts.
Remember: this is Australia Day. In Australia, a handshake is a
handshake and a Prime Minister promising not to touch tax cuts is a
commitment. To break those bonds, those promises or those handshake
agreements is the most un-Australian, disingenuous behaviour a leader
could exhibit.
This Prime Minister was elected on the basis that the man he
replaced was, using Albanese’s own terms, a ‘liar’.
___________
Tania Mihailuk MLC, our NSW leader, is
the daughter of immigrants. In an opinion piece for The Daily
Telegraph, Tania explains exactly why today, of all days, she and her
family are grateful for Australia and what we offer.

______
You can't celebrate Australia Day without
a crock of a story! James Ashby has been working hard in his
community, talking about the things that matter. Many Australians out
of Central and North Queensland maybe surprised to know that crocks
actually roam quite freely in and around many large and small
population centers of northern Australia.

______
Our cheeky shirts denouncing the WEF and
the WHO have proven just as popular as our Australia Day shirts! We
had huge orders last week, and this week we have still been busy
packing these pre-orders and shipping them out.
Watch out next week when we release more
exciting shirt options!
