Due to a water main break in the old downtown area, a boil order continues from Main St. south to Rt. 71; Wilson Place on the north; and Forest Ave. on the east. Public Works has finished the repairs; however, we are waiting for water sample tests to be clear before the order is lifted. View the boil order boundaries. Residents and businesses in this area will be notified door-to-door when the order is lifted.
Follow the?CDC guidelines for a boil order. Bathing and showering are fine, but as a precaution, do not swallow water.?
