VBM has long been at the heart of the Texas Democratic Party’s electoral strategy -- especially in rural Texas where many of our fellow Democrats face a trek of up to 25 miles just to vote. That’s not just a hurdle -- it's a barrier to voting.
For the past decade, the party has run this program to send mail ballot applications to voters age 65 or older, to cut through the confusing process and make it easier for seniors to vote. Our data shows that our program significantly boosts turnout in all parts of our state, ensuring every voice is heard and every vote is counted.
