As this month comes to a close, I'm excited to share with you what I've been working on for the Inland Empire. Read on to learn more! 

$35 MILLION TO TACKLE HOMELESSNESS

This week, I announced that the City of San Bernardino is receiving nearly $35 million for 140 brand-new interim housing units and additional supportive services for folks in our community experiencing homelessness. 

I'm proud to have helped pass the American Rescue Plan, which is funding this project. I will continue working to ensure that every resident in our region can put a roof over their head.

I also attended our community's celebration of San Bernardino's first-ever Heisman Trophy recipient, Jayden Daniels!

We are so proud that our own Cajon High graduate is thriving in the big leagues, and he will have the support of our entire community every step of the way as he continues to shine on the field.
